Pakistan's PKM Expressway is a key project of the "One Belt And One Road". It runs from Karachi in the south, through Hyderabad, Sukur, Multan, Lahore, Islamabad and other cities, and ends in Peshawar in the north with a length of 1,152 km.

The construction scale of the project is huge, including 100 Bridges, 468 passageways (1 passageway every 800 meters on average), 991 culverts, 11 interchanges (1 interchange every 35 kilometers on average), 6 pairs of service areas, 5 pairs of rest areas, 22 toll stations, and the whole slope is protected by green grass organic protection.

Safety signs and intelligent transportation systems are installed in 392 kilometers.

The rest area and service area are equipped with FM radio and wireless network.
