The first phase of the project had a total investment of roughly 22.43 million RMB, including 18 lanes for 5 stations, integrating dynamic weighing system, vehicle profile detection system, LPR system, video monitoring system and information bulletin system. It was also a bold attempt by the government to explore a new mode of high-tech overload management and off-site weight enforcement; Construction standards, joint law enforcement and procurement methods showed a strong demonstration effect in both Sichuan region and nationwide.
